I contacted equine products using their chat function on their website. They listened to my needs and put me in touch with my local rep Marcia.
Marcia rang me on Monday and discussed my needs and managed my expectations and will be visiting me in person when she is next in the area in a few weeks. As she’d like to meet my horse and see how she is doing.
Marcia text me on Tuesday asking for my address to send a sample of the recommended product, which arrived today, with a brochure of their products and a free gift.
Can’t rate the service enough and by the smell of the product I don’t think my mare will turn her nose up either. Equine OAP i will review the product when my mare have been on it a few weeks.

After struggling with my ex pointer for 18 months, I was recommended by one of your sponsors. He was always very unsettled at home, wouldn’t stay in a stable for more than 3 hours without severe box walking, kicking the walls, rearing at the partition etc. We had been through numerous gastro products, scoping and ulcer treatments. When I say this changed my horse instantly it is no understatement. I started feeding a double dose to preload and he settled within 24 hours, I was able to completely change his routine to fit in with all the other horses and now only feed on the odd occasion I think something may upset him. I’ve recommended this to so many friends! This is my die hard product, I now order two at a time so I’ve always got one on the shelf.
We are so lucky to have Marcia in our area. She came to do a yard visit yesterday in her fully-stocked van, which meant people didn’t have to trail out to a shop in the awful weather. That van is like Aladdin’s Cave!
Her product knowledge is fantastic, as is her general equine and nutrition expertise, and she was able to give loads of great advice to people about ways to improve the wellbeing of their horses. I got stocked up with Cool It and am keeping my fingers crossed for success. It’s a brilliant service to have available to us, and we really appreciate it!
