Firstly, your company customer care is 100% fantastic throughout. Me and the misses have purchased 2 base ball hats, 2 wool bobble hats, 2 altitude jackets and 1 pair of long socks. Every item we have, we would recommend 150%. They are such great value for money and look super all worn together. It kinda makes you feel like your in a team at events and gets lots of looks and people asking where we got them from. The only small problem we had was I, yes it was my fault, ordered one jacket to small. Now Equine products had a correct size one posted to me even before we had sent the wrong one back, including a return postage label for the wrong one to go back. NO Companies do that these days without sending to wrong one back first, but they did. Not sure weather I got preferential treatment but that truly happened and we just thought that was fantastic customer service. Buy and try for yourself. The clothing gear is spot on. Don’t know what else to say. Oh, I live down south and they are from Newcastle and still received items within two days on my door step. I’m sure they now hate me as I’ve put them under major pressure now, but try them, I’m sure you will love their stuff and get the same service. My mare is on a mostly dry forage diet during winter as our turnout is unreliable. When I looked into why she was losing topline and condition - vitamin E kept cropping up - the vet didn’t think she was an ulcer candidate but she had a few indicators. I was using a reputable balancer on top of her complete hard feed so I thought I had her covered. But when I looked at the vitamin E content it was nowhere enough. Two weeks into feeding selenavit instead of my pellet balancer she was a different horse! Controllable Energy, calm and much happier in herself, and 5 weeks on she is gaining topline and muscle again. So relieved, I’ve now got her on the gut supplement instead of my previous one to help with a bit of gastric discomfort and we shall see how she goes! Thank you to your nutritionists help.
