Our Company Secretary Ian has been with Equine Products for an incredible 37 years and has witnessed amazing growth and change over the decades. Ian ensures the financial stability of the business, so we can support our customers globally, continue to grow and support the thousands of customers and supported riders that are helped and serviced by Equine Products UK Ltd.
When our customers place orders the office and distribution center go into action. Our Office Manager Karen, together with Lucy our Customer Service Officer, are always available to support with processing orders, looking after customer queries, administration, and marketing. They are passionate at solving any problem that may arise and always do so professionally and with a typical Geordie smile.
Proudly overseeing the best organised warehouse in the business, is managed by Steve and supported by Harry with the dynamic duo picking, packing and distributing hundreds of orders a week to over 48 countries around the globe and supported with additional packing and picking staff when required. Steve has been with the company approaching thirteen years and Harry approaching three years and both are fully qualified with diplomas in warehouse management and distribution operations.
Our Northern Sales Rep and Event Organiser, Marcia, has 6 years’ experience with the business and can often be seen in a cold and wet field supporting all levels of competition, events and shows. Marcia has developed her region exponentially and there isn’t many shows or events she misses. Amy is our Sales Rep for the Southeast and she has been with Equine Products UK for approaching two years. When she isn’t supporting champion trainers and event riders getting the supplements they need, Amy and her horse Eric, can be seen competing most weekends to a high level.
Our Southwest Sales Rep Alice has recently had her first child, and little Alfie is often modelling our branded wear...our youngest team member! Alice has been with the company now for approaching three years and looks after territories from Cheltenham to Exeter and in between in the Southwest of the UK. Jenny has recently joined us supporting our customers in Cheshire, Northwest and Wales and she comes with a huge experience in the Equine industry. All our sales representatives and account managers have a similar tremendous work ethic and enthusiasm to spread the word of our quality range, and this can be reflected in their respective activities and customer base.
A recent addition to the leadership team is Carl, our Chief Operations Officer who joins us with over 30 years’ experience in business operations, retail and e-commerce. Carl’s focus is supporting our Sales Reps across the country, leading the business operations and as we grow our digital platforms and Carl is seeking out new opportunities for customers to interact with us.
Enda, our General Manager for the last 9 years is relocating to his hometown in Ireland at the end of 2022, and he will be continuing to look after our global sales development. Enda can often be seen in racing yards and with distributors across the world continuing to build and grow the personal relationships with our customers from regions such as Saudi Arabia to Mongolia to New Zealand.
