Unika Balls have been designed for your horse to lick throughout the day. With a rope made of natural fibres, they can be hung up inside stalls or trailers. Unika Balls aren't just a way to entertain your horses, but they’re also a completely new tool to enrich their diets with some important substances.

May also be provided to cereal-intolerant horses, horses eating low glycemic index diets and sport horses carrying out intense muscular activity. Indeed, sport horses’ sugar intake should be reduced as much as possible, for sugars increase lactic acid production.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Hang up UNIKA BALLS on the box wall and leave it at your horse's disposal.

COMPOSITION

Components: Soya (bean) expeller*; Maltodextrin; Sodium chloride; Potassium chloride; Malformed rice, milled; Products from the processing of plants (Rosmarinus officinalis); Magnesium oxide;

Products from the processing of plants (Thymus vulgaris); Products from the processing of plants (Mentha x piperita); Products from the processing of plants (Stevia rebaudiana), Calcium carbonate. (* From genetically modified soybeans)

Analytical constituents (in % on product as is): Crude protein 17; Crude ash 10.5; Crude fibre 2.86; Crude fat 3.48; Sodium 1.62.

Additives (all expressed in mg/ kg of product as is): Compounds of trace elements: 3b405 Copper (Copper(II) sulphate pentahydrate9 25; 3b503 Manganese (Manganous sulphate monohydrate) 96; 3b605 Zinc (Zinc sulphate, monohydrate) 72.

There are NO added sugars but are those naturally contained in the raw materials used in the product formula. This equates to Starch: 3,85%, Sugar: 2,80%.

Equine Products UK LTD shall deliver the Goods to the Customer at the entrance to his premises or warehouse and shall not be obliged to undertake any distribution, breaking down or stacking of the Goods within any premises or warehouse. Any shortfall in or change to the Goods delivered shall be made in writing to us and the carrier within three days of receipt of the Goods, otherwise such claims cannot be entertained.

Cost Of Carriage United Kingdom:- All orders of £40.00 or over (net invoice value) are free shipping. On orders less than £40.00 the charge will be £9.25 for a large parcel, £4.75 for a small parcel and £1.96 for a large packet

International Delivery – We currently do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

When you make a purchase on this website, you have the right, save for the exceptions referred to below, to cancel the purchase without the need to give us any reason within 14 days of your order delivery date. Provided that the terms of this policy are complied with Equine Products UK LTD agree to reimburse you the purchase price you paid for the goods within 30 days of notification of cancellation.

In order to make such a cancellation you must contact us via email at info@equineproducts-ukltd.com or telephone on 01912645536 within 14 days of your order delivery date by completing the returns form. You must also return the goods to us immediately, unused, in their original packaging and with the original order confirmation. You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and for ensuring that the full and correct postage is paid. You are also responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of the goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to the goods shall pass back to us when received by us.

Refund or Exchange

For goods ordered on this website we will provide you with a refund or exchange provided that the following conditions are adhered to:
The goods are unused;
The goods are returned within their original packaging;
The return is made within 60 days of the date of purchase of the goods; and
The goods are accompanied by the original order confirmation.

Return of Allegedly Defective Goods

The shipping cost for the return of goods will be borne by you. Allow 30 business days for us to process your return when received by us. You are responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while they are in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning goods. Title and risk to goods shall pass back to us when received by us. We cannot accept or refund goods purchased anywhere other than on this website.

When the goods are received by us they shall be assessed by our sales Department. If the sales Department determines that the goods are defective such that you are entitled to a refund under law we shall offer you a refund, repair or replacement in respect of them. In the event that the sales Department determines that the good(s) are not defective you shall be notified accordingly and the return of the good(s) to you shall be arranged, the cost of such return shall be borne by you.

Goods shall not be considered defective if the alleged defect arose due to:

The customer failing to follow Equine Products UK LTD’s oral or written instructions as to the storage, use, cleaning and / or maintenance of the goods;
The customer altering or repairing the goods without our prior written consent;
Fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence or abnormal use or storage of the goods.

Non-Returnable

For reasons of hygiene, refunds/exchanges are not available for any oral products unless they are sealed and unused condition.

Please note that this returns policy only applies to the original purchaser of the goods.

Happy Balls

I bought this for my two Falabella horses. I expected zero interest, but judging by the teeth marks, they love it! The ball has changed shape, and us getting smaller!
They are asking if there are other flavours available too. I'd call it a hit!

Horse loves it

My horse loves her Unika Ball. The first day she seemed obsessed with it but now she has a little lick every now and then. She stays in all day at the moment for weight management so this gives her an interest. Hope it lasts.
