Briony has been a lecturer at Writtle University College since 2017, lecturing in Equine and Canine Nutrition, Grassland Management, Equine Health Management, Young Horse Production and Conception to Competition.

Briony also works with Equine Products UK as a Senior Equine Nutritionist and was Senior Nutritionist. She is a registered nutritionist (animal specialism) under the Association for Nutrition and has her own equine nutrition consultancy which she runs alongside teaching.
